Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys writing, creativity, and learning how digital marketing works.

In this role, you will assist with website content updates, website growth, basic search engine optimization (SEO), and social media content creation. Training will be provided, and there is strong opportunity for growth within the company.

This position is designed for someone who works best with focused, dedicated workdays and enjoys working independently in a structured remote environment.


Schedule & Work Environment

  • Approximately 8 hours per day, 2–3 days per week

  • Fully remote position

  • Workdays are focused and task-driven

  • Team collaboration and check-ins will take place via Zoom during scheduled hours

This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can dedicate focused time during scheduled workdays and remain responsive as needed throughout the week.


Key Responsibilities

Website Content & Growth Support

  • Write and edit website content with guidance from the team

  • Assist with growing client websites by adding new service and content pages

  • Build optimized inside pages that match the homepage layout, branding, and overall design style

  • Arrange page sections in a clean, professional structure for both desktop and mobile users

  • Add and organize photos, videos, and visual elements appropriately within pages

  • Ensure content is placed thoughtfully and arranged aesthetically

  • Use creativity and problem-solving skills to improve layout and user experience

  • Update and maintain website pages in WordPress

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging

Website Optimization (SEO Support)

  • Add targeted keywords into website content

  • Assist with writing page titles and meta descriptions

  • Support ongoing website improvements to enhance search visibility

  • Learn and apply foundational SEO best practices

Social Media Support

  • Write captions and assist with planning social media content

  • Design simple graphics using provided brand guidelines

  • Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging


Qualifications

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Creative mindset with willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer proficiency


Technical Skills (Training Provided)

Experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on:

  • ChatGPT

  • Adobe Express

  • WordPress (Enfold/Elementor)

  • Zoom
