About Us

We are a results-based five-star rated marketing company.

Marketing is our calling.

We are passionate about helping other business owners thrive by uncovering their true identity, purpose and God-given vision for their work.

At Fishnet, we believe business is more than profit—it’s a calling. Together, we are passionate about helping business owners thrive by uncovering their true identity, purpose, and God-given vision for their work. We partner with leaders to develop effective marketing strategies, measure returns with clarity, and set them up for long-term success that multiplies far beyond the balance sheet.

When we’re not building strategies in the marketplace, our hearts are rooted in ministry and discipleship. Our greatest joy is helping others discover a life of abundance—spiritually, personally, and professionally.

Family is at the center of everything we do. We cherish time with our beautifully blended family—Gabe, Noah, Jonah, Gideon, Asher, and Emma—and we consider the love and lessons of family life as part of what shapes our business values.

In our spare time, we love the freedom of the open road—riding motorcycles, camping, and following wherever the Lord and the wind lead us.

Christy Hunter (Beving)

CEO / Owner / Operator, Marketing Consultant, Graphic/Web Designer

I grew up in Clark, South Dakota, but just days after graduation I set out for something bigger. That summer I worked at Valleyfair, and soon after enrolled at St. Cloud State University with plans to major in graphic design and minor in set design. While I loved the creative path, I realized that spending four years in school wasn’t the quickest way to break into the industry. I wanted to move faster—so I transferred to Brown College, a smaller, focused school where I could earn my degree in less than two years and get into the field right away.

In 2003, I graduated from Brown College on the Dean’s List with an Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications. That same year, I launched my own design business—what started as “Christy Beving’s Graphic Design & Printing” later evolved into “Phoenix Web Design,” “Downtown Design, LLC,” and today, Fishnet Marketing, LLC.

In the early years, I worked multiple jobs—graphic design, prepress, and 3D rendering for point-of-purchase displays—while building my business until it could sustain itself. Over time, my entrepreneurial drive led me to start additional ventures, including a restaurant, an apparel company, and a nonprofit organization.

I’ve also served on boards that let me give back to both business and community: Clark Area Chamber of Commerce (2019–2021), Tea Area Chamber of Commerce (2022–2025), and currently Honorbound Motorcycle Ministry (2024–Present) and Hope Harbor (2025–Present).

Through every chapter, one theme stands out: I love creating, building, and helping others grow—whether through design, marketing strategy, or community leadership.

Jeffrey Hunter

Account Executive, Graphic/Web Designer & Tech Support

I grew up in Kettering, Ohio—a suburb of Dayton—and after graduating high school, I felt a clear pull toward ministry and leadership. That calling led me to Minneapolis, where I attended North Central University. In 1997, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Children & Family Ministries, laying the foundation for a career that would span more than two decades.

Over the next 20+ years, I served as both a kids’ pastor and lead pastor in Ft. Worth, Chicago, and Sioux Falls. Those years provided hands-on leadership experience—building teams, managing budgets, casting vision, and leading organizations through growth and change. Ministry gave me a deep understanding of people, culture, and the power of clear communication, especially during seasons of transition and challenge.

Along the way, I developed strong skills in technology, graphic design, branding, and marketing. I learned how strategy, storytelling, and digital tools support vision and move people to action—skills that continue to shape my work today and influence how I approach problem-solving and collaboration.

In 2020, I stepped away from full-time ministry to launch The Mark Ministries, a nonprofit focused on coaching the next generation of leaders to discover their identity, clarify purpose, and set meaningful goals. This work allowed me to invest deeply in people beyond the walls of the church.

In 2021, I joined Fishnet Marketing, LLC as an Account Executive, bringing together my experience in ministry, leadership, and marketing to help clients grow their businesses with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision—building successful strategies designed to last.

Follow Our Journey

Follow us as we embark on a journey in everyday business.

Stopping to grab lunch for our clients …. when we look up to see that same client’s billboard… lol… Yes we took the bike today, high was 65 degrees…woohoo!
We had the honor of designing this event flyer for our client Faith Carlson of Victus Counseling. Each year, Faith donates to have the Falls at Falls Park lit up in recognition of Eating Disorder Awareness Week (February 23 – March 1). 💙💚

This piece was designed to capture the beauty of the illuminated falls while highlighting an important cause — spreading awareness, support, and hope for those impacted by eating disorders.

We love helping our clients bring meaningful community initiatives to life through thoughtful, eye-catching design.

If you need custom graphics that make an impact (print or digital!), we’d love to help.

An Abundance of Blessing

Do you pray for God to bless you? We probably spend most of our time in prayer asking for God to bless things in our life, or asking God for something we need. And we should. Jesus even tells us we should.

We know that all good things come from God. That means that we don’t truly own anything we possess. It’s all a gift from God and ultimately should be used for Him. Our money, talents, and resources are opportunities to give back to God and others.

2 Corinthians 9:8 says that God is able to abundantly bless those who are generous in using their time and resources to do good things for others. This verse isn’t saying that God will bless us unconditionally. The two verses before this one, in 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, talk about how we should be cheerful givers in everything we do.

Paul is saying that God blesses us—not so we might have comfortable lives—but so that we would be selfless in giving back to God and others.

There are many ways we can give back to God and others. We can start by regularly tithing to our local church, which is an investment in the Kingdom work God is doing through local believers. We can give generously to those who are in financial need. We can also be generous with our time, talents, resources, and anything else we can use to serve God and others.

Next time you pray for God to bless you, take some time to first think about how you are helping others. If giving feels more like an obligation and not like an opportunity, consider how you can take steps to change that perspective and give regularly. And then—watch how God honors your joyful generosity.
✨ New Website Launch! ✨

Last month, our church’s daycare, LifeChange Learning Center, launched a brand-new website—and it turned out SO good! 🤍

The refreshed site beautifully reflects the heart of their ministry: a bright, welcoming place where children grow, learn, and experience God’s love every day. With an updated look and improved functionality, it’s now even easier for families to explore programs, learn more, and get connected.

We absolutely love how it came together and are excited to help spread the word!

🎶 Website Relaunch Spotlight: Dan Goeller Music 🎶

Last month, DanGoellerMusic.com officially launched its refreshed website — and while the look may feel familiar, everything under the hood has been completely re-engineered.

This project wasn’t about reinventing the brand. It was about rebuilding the functionality.

Just like tuning a well-loved instrument, we:
✨ Recreated the entire e-commerce system from the ground up
✨ Modernized outdated features and workflows
✨ Improved performance, usability, and reliability
✨ Kept the artistic soul — while making the site work better than ever

The result is a site that looks right, feels right, and finally performs the way it should — making it easier to explore, purchase, and experience Dan Goeller’s compositions and arrangements.

🙏 New Website Launch — Near & Dear to Our Hearts 🙏

We are honored to share the launch of a brand-new website for Craven Ministries, a powerful Native American ministry serving East River, South Dakota and beyond.

This project is especially meaningful to us. Craven Ministries is doing incredible work — building relationships, strengthening families, and sharing hope and faith within Native communities. The new website helps tell their story, share their mission, and make it easier for others to learn how to get involved, support, or connect.
